Frequently Asked Questions
Can I register for classes online?
We do not offer online class registration. However, you may pre-register here. Pre-registration is required before attending any class including your free trial class. Follow this link to pre-register and then call the gym for class availability. See the bottom left corner of the home page.
Can we sign up for more or less hours in the future?
YES. There are no set mandatory number of hours or days for your child at the recreational level. Adjustments can be easily made as your needs change.
What happens if my child misses some classes?
Contact the front desk to arrange a makeup class. This may be on a designated Saturday or on another evening depending on class availability. You must make up classes during our enrollment period, makeups are not allowed if you are not currently enrolled in a class. We do not adjust tuition for missed classes.
Can I move classes anytime?
You are more than welcome to change class times as long as we have room in the class. In order for our coaches and gymnasts to be safe and successful we need to keep classes at a certain student; teacher ratio which is determined by the age and level of each class. If you wish to switch classes, please check with the front desk.
How does my child move levels?
Each level has certain skills that gymnasts must learn before they can move up. We skill test at different times throughout the year, however you can request your child be skill tested at anytime.
What does my child need for gymnastics?
Your child needs tight fitting shorts or leggings and shirt/tank top. Long hair must be pulled back. While we don’t require gymnastics leotards in our rec program, it is recommended and we have a selection of both new and used leos in our pro shop.
Can I pay online?
Yes, for students already enrolled in a program, you may view your class schedule, your account, and pay tuition online. (Not for booster, Dance, or Preschool). Find the button on the lower left corner of the home page and select "Already Registered With All American Gymnastics". If you have not already set up a password, tell it you "forgot password". This will allow you to enter an email and have a link sent to you to select a password. Then login and you may view your account online.
