Note: All American Gymnastics encourages participation by gymnast in a variety of activities.  Gymnasts choose from available practice times Monday-Friday (2-8) and Saturday (8-1) to obtain a schedule that allows them to train at a competitive level and still participate in other activities.  Level 4 generally trains 9 hours per week.  Level 5-7 generally train between 15-20 hours per week.
